We listen, act, and transform
***Practice is full as of 10/1/2024***
As a QPOC therapist, my passion lies in decolonizing hearts and minds, and naming the impact systems of oppression have on our mental, physical, and spiritual health and wellbeing. This work that I do is relational, and that means that I believe the most powerful aspect of therapy lies within relationships - to ourselves and to others, and that healing and growth happen in the presence of safety and in truly being seen, heard, and understood.
As an IFS and somatic therapist, we will prioritize truly slowing down and moving inward, moving from the pace of the mind, towards the pace of the body. We will explore the language of the body and meet whatever arises with compassion and care.
Just a bit about me ~ in my free time, I enjoy being outside, practicing qigong, meditating, baking, watching movies, learning new crafts, reading, hiking the local canyons and sitting with trees. I look forward to meeting you and seeing where this work can take you.
